In the last 15 years, no one has helped influence more major lifestyle decisions for people 50+ than Tom Mann. Under his guidance, Erickson developed The Erickson Tribune, which is now the country's third largest newspaper with over 6.5 million copies being mailed out per a month (over 11.5 million readers). The Tribune covered important issues for boomers and seniors including retirement communities, health care, assisted living, nursing care, aging trends, media, politics, fitness, consumer goods, and much, much more. A welcomed guest into the consumers' house, The Erickson Tribune has become the cornerstone to Erickson's marketing approach and is symbolic of their relational approach. The Tribune also has a highly interactive website that has continued to grow in importance. Mr. Mann's insight also helped make Erickson Retirement Communities, Erickson Health, Erickson Advantage, Retirement Living TV, and The Erickson School of Aging into powerhouses in the field of aging.

In addition, Mr. Mann was the Chairperson on the Senate Task Force studying the effects of senior migration into and out of Maryland. "The Dynamics of Elderly Retiree Migration into and out of Maryland" is now helping guide state policy. Tom is also the founder of Mature Market Experts. TR Mann's clients include GRAND Magazine, a national magazine and website written for today's active grandparents.

As the Senior Vice President of Advertising for Erickson Retirement Communities, Tom Mann annually marketed real estate valued over $2 billion in total assets owned/managed (over 20 million square feet being managed). In the last ten years of his tenure, Erickson's revenue was over $6.9 billion with a settlement pace four times faster than the industry average. In addition, Erickson went from having one community in Maryland to having communities throughout the country. TR Mann's real estate experience also includes a wide array of work for hotels and the travel industry such as Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts. In addition, TR Mann Consulting has provided research and advice for some of the country's largest real estate companies including Pulte and Del Webb.
